MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Sell More Online text messaging programs are operated by Rocket Search Marketing LLC, doing business as Sell More Online (“Sell More Online,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Mobile Terms of Service describe the text messages you may receive when you separately opt in to one of our SMS programs.

HOW YOU SIGN UP AND WHAT YOU MAY RECEIVE

SMS participation is optional. When you expressly opt in on a lead-magnet or other SMS signup form, you may receive the types of texts described at that point of signup. Depending on the form and consent you give, these may include information about requested training or resources and, if expressly included in the opt-in, promotional messages about Sell More Online services, events, or offers.

Our forms offer two separate, optional checkboxes. If you check the transactional messages box, you may receive text messages from our team such as replies to your inquiry, one-to-one follow-up from our sales team, confirmations and reminders for appointments and calls you have scheduled with us, and reminders and information about webinars you registered for. If you check the promotional messages box, you may also receive promotional messages about Sell More Online services, events, or offers. Checking one box does not opt you in to the other.

Submitting a book-a-call application does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotional text messages. If you opt in to transactional messages, we may text you about your inquiry and any call you schedule with us. An email subscription is not consent to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and is not required to buy our services or request a consultation.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND COST

Message frequency varies depending on the program and your activity, and is described at signup. Sell More Online does not charge for the SMS program, but message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

HOW TO OPT OUT AND GET HELP

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. If you joined more than one program, tell us whether you want to stop all of them. For help, reply HELP or email itsystems@sellmoreonline.io.

DELIVERY

Messages are sent using automated technology. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent does not transfer to a new phone number, so please let us know if your number changes.

YOUR DATA

We use your phone number and opt-in information to run the program, keep consent records, and process opt-outs. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and we do not transfer your SMS consent to another business's messaging program. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Mobile Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated "Last updated" date.
